I'm quite sure this never came out in pal terrortories but i don't see why you would go to the effort to make up something like this...

Dunno... to my knowledge it never came out in PAL, but you can't tell with Australian releases! Though the box should have the PAL 4 coloured logo on it, instead of the US all black one, which I don't see. I know some people who might be able to tell...
