Just curious...Was wandering around on eBay...

Saw this... (http://cgi.ebay.ca/SEGA-CD-CONSOLE-AC-POWER-SUPPLY-GAMES_W0QQitemZ110382485426QQcmdZViewItemQQptZVide o_Games?hash=item110382485426&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66%3A2%7C65%3A1%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318)

Weirdest looking Sega CD games I've ever seen..The poster said they were 'lightscribed' onto the discs and I've never seen a non-colored Sega CD disc. Are these fakes?

Those are probably CD-Rs. Lightscribe is a CD burner feature that does simple laser etching on the label side of a CD; probably someone did simple black and white versions of the original labels and Lightscribed those on the label side of burned copies of the games.

Agreed. Really though, those are pretty cool looking!

You know though, those lightscribed covers look pretty awesome. I had no idea that's what they were.

Yeah, I agree. If I was going to bootleg games, I would totally use a lightscribe burner to make mine.

I'd actually prefer to use that to label the routine DVD backups I make. :p
