Galaga Legions is Amazing! Anyone Playing This?

I just downloaded Galaga Legions a few days ago, and I must say that this is quickly becoming my favorite Xbox game that hasn't been released before on a console or arcade. I am surprised when reading online that most of the reviews of the game are not that good at all. Just wandering what you all think of the game, and maybe if you're aiming to get a high score and what it is.

it's a good game for sure, gets a bit boring, it's best to play in short bursts.

I haven't played this much since Street Fighter IV, but think it's awesome. Last I checked I'm ranked in the low 4000s.

I got it awhile back when it launched its very good but does get boring

I got it as part of the Namco collection that was released and quite like it... I never really gave it the attention it deserved though.

The Namco collection is a must-buy BTW, great value :)

galaga as a series has some great and some awful re-imaginings. Great: Galaga '90, galaga '88, Galaga 3 (aka galpus) Awful: Galaga: destination earth.
