Which games have Nintendo points. Is there a list posted somewhere?
Also curious if the same codes can be reused by someone else. I've had a number of games traded in and the codes work on all of them so either none of my customers are Club Nintendo members or the same codes can be reused.

The codes are all 1 time use codes. Once 'registered' thats it for that code.
The list, if memory serves is on the Club.Nintendo website. If you don't see it there, i'd recommend a site search here for the Club Nintendo threads we started when it went live a few months back, I know that question came up then. For the DS think the newer titles (or newest incarnation of it, ie Advanced Wars: Days of Ruin and not Advanced Wars DS). The Wii think the Big titles (Super Mario Galaxy) and or the newest 1st Party stuff.

Yea there was a list on the FAQ page on club nintendo on games that could be used before Club Nintendo went into effect. But every first party game that came out after Club Nintendo has point codes.

Are none of the 3rd party titles any good?

Some 3rd party WiiWare/Virtual Console titles are eligible.

What do club Nintendo points do. Some way of ranking you higher to say you're much cooler and have a much bigger e-penis since you bought their product?
Nevermind. Read up about it. You can receive cheap accessories for paying for overpriced first party titles that usually aren't good.

There is a DS game that as far as I can tell can only be purchased with these points. Sure to be a collectors item down the road and if I get get it with FREE points why not. These are all used games traded into my store.

Right now the only title available that you can redeem for points is Game & Watch Collection. It's nice to have as a collectible, akin to Electroplankton, since it's not sold in stores but the game itself is not very entertaining. Hopefully Nintendo will put out some new titles to acquire as I have points to spend ;).

The trinkets they currently have are (for the most part) lame. However, you never know when something cool will pop up (i.e. Zelda collection for GC). It's nice to have a bank of points ready.

It was selling for quite alot right after its release, but it's quickly dropped down to the 30 buck range for value (which is where the Japanese one also floats). It doesn't help it that this was out in Japan for quite a while before it made it out over here. There is value, but nothing bank breaking and it probably won't be for a long time.

Of course they will... it'll probably happen after the 'platinum' reset in July. We've yet to get Tingle's Balloon Fight and the recently released G&W 2 thats out in Japan.

Considering that my entire DS collection (22 games) is comprised solely of first party published games, I have to disagree with you on the quality of their games.

I think he was saying the "cheap accessories" aren't very good.
Even the biggest haters of Nintendo must admit that the 1st party titles are the strongest thing Nintendo has going for it.

There's a whole list of Wii, Nintendo DS, and WiiWare/Virtual Console games elegible for points right in the FAQ.
There doesn't seem to be much to get right now though besides Game and watch collection (Which I got a few months back, it's nothing special. Purely collectible game.) and the Hanafuda Cards.

I spent 45 minutes this weekend typing in codes/answering questionaires on Club Nintendo. Practically half of my DS games were eligibile. Old game/new game...it didn't matter. The codes all worked. I have over 1000 coins now. Glad that's done. I think I'll be entering them in as I buy them from now on.

I've already gotten enough points this year and spent them on the Game & Watch Collection next month. I still have about 10 or so outstanding surveys to do but am wait until after the reset (should net about 200 points, or more, at the beginning of July). Not sure if I'll get the Hafunda cards (would like them but am hoping for more exclusive games through the club).
