Well nvm I figured it out i think let me explain SRAM, at least in the case of emulation, is referring to an emulation of the Battery, so to say, in which the game would
usually store the saveable data itself, assuming we had the game on an actual cartridge as opposed to the ROM-File.
When you save the game "in-game", that is, through any kind of save-menu available in the game, the game writes data
on the "Battery" (The SRAM-file in your /VBA/SAVES folder in this). However, in the current release made by theinternetftw,
you need to "transfer" the save file from the Wii's RAM to the SD-Card in case you actually wanna use that save again.
For that, you go to the Main-Menu of VBA (Home/X+Y), then select the "write Save" feature (+/L). Et voila (spelling? xD),
your battery is actually saved on the SD-Card. The next time you start up the emulator and run the ROM, the SRAM, which is
now on your SD-Card will load AUTOMATICALLY. You can then just choose your savestate in the in-game load-menu.
did u get all that?:smash:
