Are there any light guns compatible with Konami Justifier AND Namco GunCon PS1 games, for the PS2? Meaning it works on all PS1 and PS2 light gun compatible games.

Supposedly yes, there's some. The Nyko Super Cobra claimed compatibility with Guncon and "Normal" Gun games. (This same gun came in Saturn, PS1 and Saturn/PS1 versions!) There's also a few third party guns for sale where I live which say they're compatible.
Note that I've never been able to get a non-Guncon gun to work on my slim PS2, so I dunno if it's my Ps2 or what..
