Nintendo Operation Secret Storm with Saddam on cart?

I picked up a Nintendo Game today that I have never seen, it is called
Operation Secret Storm and on the cover is a character that looks like Saddam and the country Iraq. Made by Color Dreams, the cart is the same as thew bible buffet or spiritual warfare carts. Black with rounded edges. The cart is by far the coolest I have seen with the depiction on the front. If anyone wants to see it I can scan a pic.

I used to have it complete. The game sucks, but yea it is funny cover art.

That game is quite hard to come by, and that price is great. Fun game too!
