For those who didn't get a PS3 because of the removal of backwards compatibility, it's back in stock at Amazon. It's only the software version of the backwards compatibility, but plays 95% of games that you won't tell from most games regardless.

I'd personally rather get the 80GB myself if only because one game I own, while working, doesn't allow for me to use the harddrive to get faster loading times and it does on the 80GB version(Resident Evil Outbreak.) But I'd get some other noticable losses on a couple other games that still haven't been fixed and probably won't ever since the discontinuation of the backwards compatible PS3, so the 60GB is what I'll stay with.

Wow, I thought these were long gone. Is Sony making more or are they old stock?

From what I've gleaned, they're getting rid of old stock in prep for yet another model coming out.

I bought this bundle when it first released, love it and everything about it's prefect and I own over 200+ PS2 games, tried the majority of them and they all worked great...with MGS4 and DualShock 3 controller added in it's a must for only $500.

I also bought this bundle when it came out. It came out a few weeks after my birthday so I used all the giftcards I got and wound up getting this for about $225 after tax. I love everything about this PS3.
