From what I found online no screen shots of this game exist.
However I have some screen shots from the game. They are small but very clear but none of them are of the title screen.
They are on one of the Nintendo Image cd's I acquired from a former Nintendo rep's collection.
Here is what I have .

Nintendo used to publish a free magazine over here, I still have a couple of numbers, including one with an article about mystical seed. It has some screenshots but the text is all in finnish. If there's any interest I can scan and translate it if I happen to find it.

Post the pictures, man. Last time I checked, the only shot was on Wikipedia when it still had an article for it, and it included a shot of a supposed title screen. But, of course, Wikipedia got rid of it, yet things like unreleased SONIC games get articles, even when Zelda is more popular. Goes to show how messed up the wiki can be.:-/

I can almost swear I recognize a couple of those screenshots from a Nintendo power magazine in an article that was talking about the Zelda Triforce series for GBC before they decided to cut out the third game and make only two.

It's possible since mine came from a nintendo image cd.

Are the original images on the disc JPG like these, or did you convert them? I only ask because JPG compression adds artifacts to images. The compression on these is actually quite nice considering, but given that these obviously come from an emulator, they could be 100% clear.

yup those are straight from the disc . All of the GBC images on the disc were this small.

I assume you've seen some of the insane file formats Sony uses in their press kits? I'll gladly take jpegs.

The Wiki was a waste of time. They're so stupid, they had an article about the Zelda 3 beta hoax once. Once again, Wiki can be stupid. At one point, there was a study that proved a Sonic article somehow had more words than the one on either God or World War II. How is it remotely possible for an article on a hedgehog to have more words than one on either religion or a major history event? Why? WHY? WHY? :o

From what I've read online, Mystical Seed of Courage was going to be a third game for the Oracle games on the GBC. All three games were supposed to interact with each other, in a similar way to the two released Oracle games. Due to some problems they encountered during the debugging process, Mystical Seed of Courage was shelved and the two games, originally titled the Mystical Seed of Wisdom and the Mystical Seed of Power (originally this was going to be called the Triforce Trilogy), were then retooled and released as the Oracle or Seasons and Ages.
I think that's all right, someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

ROFL It's like a grade school playground video game argument.
The British monarchy is officially better than Sonic the Hedgehog, as their article is one of the longest:

I have a problem with Sonic the Hedgehog and his little friend Tails too, so whatcyha gonnda do bout it!
Seriously tho I liked the Ages and Seasons, so it would have been cool to see where they would have went with a third title.

I'd be more curious to see a partial beta of the shelved third game (if there is much to be seen); looks like some of these screenshots came from what became Oracle of Seasons (the winter screen at least). In fact, the only screenshot that doesn't look at all familiar is the sixth one (in the dungeon with one red Moblin and 3 red devil-like creatures).
Still interesting, and I'd love it if someone from Nintendo or Capcom were to give out an indepth story of the development of the Oracle series.

Didn't Nintendo also cancel a GBC port of NES Legend of Zelda? I read in at least two magazines that they were working on LOZ for GBC.
Doesn't matter much now, I guess, since they ported it to GBA.

I like the fan hack of the NES Zelda, Legend of Zelda Pocket Edition which has upgraded graphics similar to the style of the Oracle games.

I thought I was going crazy, because those screens looked like they were from Oracle of Seasons to me too.

Yeah, I read that too. If only they released it, they could've Classic NES Series for GBC and continue it on GBA. Besides, Dr. Mario would've been easy- just colorize the Game Boy one and resmooth certain pixels and you have a game fit to be called Classic NES or something to a similar extent.
