Really, who is going to cut and paste all that garbage to see the pic?

Just curious.

"$500-$1000" Good luck. I was waiting to see one name check the Roadshow. Thanks for pointing this out.

Well, the DP guide DOES say the game should go for around $300.

"ALL ITEMS are from NON-SMOKING Household!"

Please excuse my ignorance, but, erm, to me that seems a teeny bit...superfelous. Unless of course there's cart has picked up a 40 a day habit, and so put the buyer at risk from passive smoking...

Atari Age has a decent web site but their rarity guide is in need of updating. Quadrun is NOT a 10 out of 10. Every Atari collector I know who is serious about collecting Atari has this one. By serious I mean collectors who actively pursue the Atari 2600 and are willing to shell out $200 or more for carts they need.

However I will say this. Just several months ago, the cart WAS selling for $500 loose every time it was sold. I'm fairly certain the "expert" on roadshow checked eBay for his prices and was given a link to the AA rarity list.

Some expert. An 8yr old could have followed that chain of events to determine value and rarity.

I thought they'd downgraded it to a 9?

//goes check...

Yep, they have now... (on the website)...

It was listed a ten when Quadruns WERE selling for $500.00 as soon as they dropped the rarity the price dropped. This was also the period of time when the Roadshow aired the Quadrun episode on TV.

I wrote Antiques Roadshow to tell them what a joke that episode was.

$5-$10 for common carts like Pacman and Asteroids?

Quadrun "The Holy Grail"? Apparently that moron didn't do a lot of research.

Oh, and my favorite - $100-$200 for a 2600 system.

Yeah, sealed maybe.

I live 5 minutes from Pflugerville (a north Austin suburb) and I would love to go and pound this rube. >)
