NES Controller with Orange D pad?

i bought an nes action set in the box a while back and finally opened it up and took a better look at it. I found a total of 4 controllers. 2 were dogbones, and 2 were regular nes controllers with orange d pads. It was weird. Has anyone ever heard of these orange d pads?

What he said. If you see ever see ones with neon yellow A & B buttons, they are from the same kit. Used the kit to fix a few of my controllers many moons ago.
