You can use a genesis model one av cable on it.As for other ones dunno, check ebay if need be for an officail av cord.On the ac adapter i've found that a jpn neo-geo ac adapter works.I use to use one when i had a pce coregrafx.

The PC-Engine family (well, the DUOs) hae the most anal AC power supplies. As a rule, I don't buy them unless it comes with it. I know dick about the card-only systems though.

Famicom A/C works prefectly with the Core Grafx, I use it with mine. Don't use the Megadrive A/C with it, the voltage is different!

As for AV cables, I'm pretty sure that you have no choice other than PCE cables....

A PC Engine will work fine with a model 1 Genesis/SMS power supply, actually. You can use model 1 Genesis AV cables with any of the Core Grafx systems, but you'll only get mono audio.
