Honestly...this has plagued me for years. In an old issue of Nintendo Power (NES ones, probably back when they had bi-monthly issues) they listed a create a game type contest. The winner was J. Scott Campbell, a young nerdy looking guy with acne who created a game called Lockarm. The article featured some illustrations from his game book depicting his character designs. I remember being very impressed with them. Years later I started collecting comics and this hot new artist pops out of nowhere with this great style and created GEN13. Same guy? The have the same name, look a helluva lot alike, and though the style featured in Nintendo Power is dis-similar to Gen13's, it may not have been developed that way yet. Has anyone else ever noticed this? Please help me put this suspicion to rest!
