Hi, first off, sorry if this isn't allowed, or I've posted in the wrong place. I was just wondering if there was somebody that could help me get a ROM/ISO for the European version of Snatcher for the Sega Mega CD.
I have looked everywhere and cannot find a European ISO, they're all American, which sucks as I want to play the game on my Sega CD and not have to use an emulator on the PC. I've also tried converting the American ROM to European and it never works for me.
So please, If anyone can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it.

If you buy the game you will get the ISO on the CD!
I bought it, and later I met Hideo Kojima and he signed it for me.

Well thanks for the help guys......
FYI, I generally am against emulation and would buy a game before I resort to it, but there is no way in hell I'm paying £100 for a game, regardless of rarity.

Then you really are on the wrong boards.

Not like the company would see any money even if you did buy it, since it's an old game disc. But piracy hurts yard sales or something like that.

Oh sorry, I didn't know you had to be able to splash out stupid amounts of money on old games to post here, sorry again.
But yeah like I said, I am not into piracy generally and I do buy most games, just this one is always at least £100 on there and I cannot afford to be spending that kind of money on one game.

Yeah, we don't allow this here. You are forgiven though.

I unlocked the thread to toss in one well-thought comment from the Leader Of This Board. I figured the OP (and others in this thread) may like to know just WHY we do not allow this kind of talk. This is from the posted FAQ folks (italics are mine):
Don't ask for ROMs, ISOs or pirated games in general
Out of respect to retrogaming stores, game developers, and growing legal concerns, discussion about the obtaining of illegal ROMs is prohibited. Illegal ROMs are defined as any ROM, regardless of age, that has been copyrighted in the past 100 years. Threads discussing the location or acquiring of ROMs and/or illegal (pirated) software will be locked per the discretion of a forum moderator or administrator. To avoid legal issues, "gray area" threads dealing with emulation may also be locked. As companies continue to release retro games through virtual releases or retro gaming packs for modern gaming systems, the threat of getting a cease-and-desist order grows. In order to preserve the gaming community we've all worked so hard to build, we ask that you respect Digital Press and refrain from the discussion of illegal ROMs.
A lot of companies have discovered there's money in them thar' retrogames are now re-releasing them as they own the actual rights. This didn't used to happen very often, so we'd turn the other way when the subject came up. But now companies are agressively protecting their rights, so it's better to steer clear completely of the subject.
