I've googled alot and watched alot of lists, but there's honestly no better place to get a solid top 10 than here.

-Silhouette Mirage (Miles better than the US Playstation release!)
-Magic Knight Rayearth (Has a Japanese audio track.)
-Deep Fear (Biohazard/Resident Evil in an underwater lab!)
-The House of The Dead (A lot cheaper than the US release.)
-Virus (Cool little point & click style FMV game with Anime visuals.)

These are some really cool games to add to your collection. ;)
They are all pretty cheap, but Silhouette Mirage gets mildly expensive.

Dang, I only have five imports to begin with. Konami Antiques MSX collection happens to be my favorite.

I don't have a ton of Saturn favorites (I do have a number of Saturn games, just don't play a lot of 'em), but those I know I like include

Elevator Action Returns (if it's like the arcade game - I own this but it's stayed on the shelf so far)

Guardian Force (fun shooting game: you control a tank with a rotating turret, fairly classic shooter scoring system with extra points for quick kills, collecting items at the right point, and chaining point medals)

I find Taito's arcade imports pretty fun (Gun & Frontier, Metal Black, Darius Gaiden etc.), I boycotted the arcade versions this year because of Taito's scoring balance problems.
