So they finally showed this video, it's over a year old, can't wait to see what it looks like now, from what I hear, it's amazing. Wanted to post about this for so long but was asked kindly by my source not to say anything because at the time, few people had been shown the trailer.

This is old footage, very old.

This is early test footage from well over a year ago that was shown internally. This is not a trailer that would be shown at E3. This is not an indication that the game will be shown at this year's E3, or even this year's TGS.

This is just that test footage. All it confirms is that the game exists (duh!), and that it features a boy and a birdrat colossus that aids him.

The Music is from MILLER'S CROSSING, a 1990's Coen Brothers movie. Just a placeholder.

Looks like it's going to be a adventure/puzzle game like Ico was, which is not a bad thing at all. If that's old footage then I can only imagine what the game looks like now, this is probably one of my most anticipated games for the PS3.

Team Ico is one of my all time favorite developers... My only question is "when can I give them my money!?"

I believe the correct term is Chihuaua.

Even if the game had music from Miller's Crossing, and a large cat-beast, I'd drop money on it in a heartbeat.

Old footage or not, if this is the direction they're going with their next title, I cannot be more excited.

Now, to go actually play and complete Ico and SotC. :embarrassed:

You can use a laser pointer for massive damage. :monkey:

This and GoW3 I will own... PS3 in house or not.

Thank god this isn't coming out for the Wii.

Thank god this isn't coming out for the Wii.

Why's that exactly?

This is definitely the first game that's made me regret *not* having a PS3 - of course I will, as always, reserve judgement on it until I actually get to see it/play it. Don't think I'll rush out to get a PS3, but at the same time it's nice to *want* to want one...

The textures and other designs make me think of PS1 games (not a bad thing), looks like it will be a very emotional game, and I love the rat cat bat.

You had me at rat cat bat.

IMHO, Shadow was one of the greatest games of all time. If this is even half as good, it will be worth every penny.

I've been looking forward to this for a long time. And besides Ico and Shadow, the trailer reminds me of the opening cinema in Panzer Dragoon Zwei, which is a huge compliment. More than that, it reminds me why I love videogames so much.

I haven't played any games more "modern" than the original Xbox. Will this be the first game with "shakeycam"?
