Sakura Wars Pink Dreamcast - ?? Question ??

I'm looking for an import Dreamcast console so I won't need to use that damn boot disk anymore. I've been offered one of those Pink Sakura Wars consoles, complete with everything, for only about $20.00 more than a regular import console goes for.

My question is... ...is it worth it?

How many of these things were produced?
