I need questions answered about the Atari Mega STE computer!

I scored a working(with frogger and space invaders no less on the hard drive) Atari Mega STE computer, complete with a great working monitor(no bad spots), a mouse, keyboard, all for 3.00. Yep you heard me three bucks. I do not know alot about computers, since I am a total console freak. I am however, a huge atari fan, and am going to keep it and display it proudly in my game room! I know that there are some hardcore atari fans out there that can please answer these questions for me........ What games are compatable for this system?(3 1/4 disc games). Can it play all ST games? I would love to know about how much it is worth as well, just for curiousity....Is it rare? I have never heard of this computer and found a little using google. Is is much more common than the Falcon???? I appreciate anyone who can help me with these questions, I would appreciate it gladly!

You got yourself a bargain there. It should be compatiable with all ST/STE games, but make sure the speed switch is set to 8mhz and not 16. Yiou can download loads of games (I wont link to them). Use a nomal HD 3 1/4 floppy with the hole tapped over and format it in the ST. Then you can copy the downloaded games from your PC to the disk.
