If you can send a personal check and pay for shipping, I can send outside of the US.
Since I'm not at home right now, I can't get a picture of TMNT up. It's cart only, but the label looks pretty good. The person who was originally going to buy it has seemingly not gotten back to me in a couple of weeks, so I'll keep you updated on whether or not he still wants to buy it.

Whoops, I forgot to fix the price on that, sorry. It was $15 when it had no a/v cables, now it's $30 with all hookups and 1 controller.
And it's pending out.
