Oh yeah, on a used NES rental I got, there was someone's old report card from an electronics degree. I think the date of the report card was in the mid 80's, and it was obviously printed with a dot matrix printer.

I used to have 3 or 4 SNES carts that had the previous owner's name carved into the back. Their personal / home info was written in the memo area of the manuals as well.

I should have given them a call.

I bought a Sega Master System at a thrift store with a Star Trek: The Next Generation sticker of the Enterprise D on it. 1 out of about 12 NES games I come across has someone's name or initials on it.
