The only thing I could think of, off the top of my head, was Halo 2. Unless I'm forgetting something that is. Big lull for me until the holiday season I guess.

I checked up on Nintendo's website, and there are two games scheduled for release (both with 'announced' release dates, or no release date yet): Donkey Kong +, which is the one from E3 last year, and a new one called Mario and Donkey Kong. No information at all on this one, except that it is a GBA game.

So I checked on Gamespot, and I didn't find anything other than a 'gamespace' for Donkey Kong Plus, but it looks like it has been renamed Mario and Donkey Kong. Here are some pics from the game:

http://www.gamespot.com/gba/action/marioanddonkeykong/index.html

as you can see, it looks like this is the original DK game released on the GB along with the Super Game Boy, but with massively updated graphics (I recognize at least two of the pics as levels from the GB game). I hope they didn't abandon the make your own level feature.

Erm, the Tex Murphy online flash game for the PC :-D Fable for the Xbox.... and not a lot else really. Halo 2 maybe? Duke Nukem Forever (or whatever title it's going by these days), if the damn thing ever makes it out, of course.

Chaos Legion (PS2): Take Devil May Cry, up the gothic fantasy elements, mix in old-school beat-'em-up action, and you've got my attention.

Final Fantasy X-2 (PS2): Yeah, the concept sounds like a fanfic that someone at Square took seriously, but it looks fun. And silly.

Final Fantasy XI (PS2): "Maybe" on this for me as well. A friend o' mine is supposedly in line for the beta testing, so I'll try to get my hands on the early version.

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater (PS2): Solid Snake meets Oregon Trail. Let's hope you can't get dysentery.

Metal Slug 3 (PS2): If SNK is serious about getting back into the industry, there's no title better than MS3 for reminding everyone about their old-school talents.

R-Type Final (PS2): They can leave Psyvariar in Japan, they can deny me Dodonpachi Dai-OuJou or whatever it's called, and I really don't care too much about XII Stag, but it some company doesn't bring the last freakin' R-Type game to America, there'll be hell to pay.

Star Ocean: Til the End of Time (PS2): While I can't shake the impression that the subtitle comes from the Foreigner song, I still want this.

Unlimited Saga (PS2): Yes, it's been slammed everywhere I turn, but I just can't resist a Squaresoft RPG, at least, not until I've played it.

Ninja Gaiden (Xbox): I'm hoping that this won't just be good; I'm hoping that it'll be everything the NES games were, but in 3-D.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles (GC): Penny Arcade liked it at E3. And they're NEVER wrong.

Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes (GC): Cash cow remake or not, the original MGS is a favorite of mine, and I can't get enough of a classic.

P.N.03 (CG): DURR IT HAS TEH HOT CHICK. AN SUMTHING ELSE BUT I FERGET WHUT IT IS.

Viewtiful Joe (GC): Fun stuff.

Final Fantasy Tactics Advance (GBA): Though it almost looks more like "Final Fantasy Tactics Kids," I wants it bad.

Fire Emblem (GBA): The long-awaited American debut of this series is enough reason to await this one, but it also seems like an excellent game.

Soul Calibur 2 (Multiple): No, I didn't buy the import. Sure, go ahead and laugh, but I bet Namco will add a bunch of extras to the U.S. version! You'll see! They'll put in KOS-MOS, Ziggy, Dig Dug, Rutee Katrea, and Klonoa as hidden characters! Or maybe not.

Hmmm . . . this might be a busy year for me.

They're making a video game for this?? Sweet, the Board . Card game was a lot of fun!!

Other than that, I'm looking forwsrd to Viewtiful Joe, any new DDr game, and SUper Monkey Ball 3, if such a beast is even in the offing.

Other than those...I'm just saving up for Burnout 2...then I'll b e happy w/ most of my modern systems.

Besides, with Wario Ware...I don't need any more games right now :D

Viewtiful Joe. I was near completely uninteresyed in this game, but the demo is, dare I say it, viewtiful. Gameplay is great, visual style is amazing. It seems like the next step in the evolution of the beat 'em up. I'll be buying this one on launch day.

Chaos Legion. I've heard mized reviews, but it looks amazing. And Devil May Cry is still one of my favorite games on the PS2, no matter what you say.

Wario World or whatever it's called for GCN. It's by Treasure, and I'm a Treasure fan. Even if it sucks, I'm obligated to buy it.

The TMNT game. Good GOD it's beautiful. And, anyway, have they ever made a really BAD turtles game? Not that I can remember.

Castlevania: Lament of Innocence. I don't care what you guys say, I'm holding out faith on this one. Besides, I'm almost GLAD they didn't make it 2D. With my GBA, I have more than enough 2D castlevania, so unless they were going to use some amazing high res sprites, I probably would've groaned at it being more of the same.

Big Trouble in Little China - The Video Game - Okay, so this one doesn't really exist. But c'mon....who WOULDN'T want to play as incompetent trucker Jack Burton who takes down Lo Pan and the Lords of Death amongst non-existant chinese cultural references pulled straight from John Carpenter's head? I mean, seriously, what kind of crack was he on when he made this movie? Someone needs to turn it into a game.

Wasn't that a gag?

Of the stuff I've read since my original post, Metal Slug 3 sounds the coolest. I had forgotten about the Zelda stuff announced at E3 too. They're so far away though they're not on my radar yet.

Gradius V: Not the biggest Gradius fan, but I'm giving this game a try. And WOW....gorgeous.

R-Type Final: Looks to be the shmup to end all shmups. I only hope that the US release comes with the dogtags!

In addition: MGS3, Viewtiful Joe, SNK vs Capcom, Metal Slug 3 + 4 (PS2), Metal Slug 5, and SNK Classics compilations.
