Does anyone have any information on the custom NBA Jam ROMs that were made with Gary Payton and Michael Jordan in them. Are there any screenshots out there, or information on who owns the cabinets at the moment?

As an avid fan of the game, I didn't know the Petrovic story. However, I heard rumors of "alternate" versions of the game. I was under the assumption Jordan was NOT in the NBA Players Association and negotiated his own rights in video games. If an alternate version does exist, I don't believe it was a cabinet released into the wild. It is quite possible, however, that a version with Jordan and Gary Payton was developed and perhaps a former member of the development team has the board.
I think its a safe bet that there is a Jordan version out there somewhere.

I can't recall where, but I know I've heard the "Petrovic" randomness from an NBA Jam cabinet.
now that was an interesting read.
i thought jordan was already in the game
