Agreed that it's cool and all but it always slightly annoys me that people go crazy over concepts like this. Essentially this is the type of presentation that the Virtual Boy was created for, yet everyone loves to piss on game design for that platform.

Most of the negative comments I've read about the Virtual Boy have to do with the headache-inducing system design and its lack of color. The games themselves are usually reviewed favorably.

Yeah, the games on Virtual Boy are really decent, and make good use of the hardware capabilities for what kind of games they are. It's just that red-black screen and poor "handheld" design that makes the Virtual Boy such a hard to play system.
The virtual boy needs a strap attached to it so you can keep it on your head.

I'm not into remakes, but this is more than a remake. It adds more dimensions and more challenges.
It looks nice and certainly something I would be interested in.

I'm just amused at how some companies seem to think fan remakes are a great thing while others threaten legal action every time one comes close to release.
Ah well I'll give mad props to Capcom for doing a lot of positive things this year including one nobody thought would happen, rereleasing Marvel vs. Capcom 2. Not only that I am really looking forward to Dead Rising 2 and some other Capcom titles.

This new video is AMAZING. Capcom would be insane not to higher this guy to design a Mega Man game in this vein. If it doesn't happen for real, there is something wrong with this world.

I wouldnt know as I have yet to purchase and play Wario Land for the Virtual Boy. I plan on getting it eventually though as I find, even with just Mario Tennis, that the system is quite unappreciated...
