OK I shamefully admit, my daughter saw the commerical for wizard101.com and we started playing the trail version. It is very Harry Potterish, where you are a young wizard in school sent out on small quests in the kingdom. Solving quests lead to more quests. You can chose your character - magic school and more. As you make levels you learn more spells for combat. The game is simple and surprisingly addictive. There are over 2 million people playing it so the worlds are full of other players.

We are enjoying it and just thought some of you may be interested.

check it out at www.wizard101.com

its a quick download and install. You will be hooked right away.

I haven't heard of this. You didn't say whether or not it was fun, or what age your daughter is.

But, I suppose I'll check it out with whichever of my kids is most compatible with it.

Thanks for the heads-up.

I have not touched my xbox 360 in few weeks. I am addicted to it. My daugter is 10 and she can manage to play it fine without any help. My 8 year old plays too but she needs some help. I think its a great game.

Oh lord. This and Freerealms just need to disappear. They're trying to make Warcraft for kids, and from the looks of it, it is more of a blob of primordial Jello than a perfectly cloned beast. That, and I hate that chipmunk in the Freerealms commercial. His voice makes me want to light the bushes in my backyard on fire. Make it stop! MAKE HIS VOICE STOP! MAKE THE CHIPMUNK SHUT UP ALREADY! :o

I remember when Wizard101 commercials first started airing. I visited the site, only to find that it didn't exist. :|
