Is it the mail away version or the standard store version?

To be honest i am not sure about the difference, i am in Mexico and i think that we only had the retail version.
It has the regular cardboard box with the hangtab in the back.

I'm not sure of the differences between the mail away version and the retail versions either. Honestly I didn't know there even was a "mail away" version. I know there was a pack in version that came with the turbo duo and there was also a retail version. The retail version came in the box with hang tab and the pack in came with either a normal turbografx case or a cd slip. Either way I can tell you that I saw a retail version sell on eBay by Buy it Now for $125 about a week ago. It sat up for a few days and I sent a message to the guy, he said he would take $100.

yours definately sounds like the regular retail version (the mail away version has a white case)

Sounds like the retail release of the game. I never heard of a mail-away release either, but there was a pack-in release in a white jewel case that came with the Duo originally.

The mail away version is quite a bit rarer (tougher to find naturally and impossible to tell sealed)

I've no idea what the value is on them though I'd sure love to have one with the original box and such :).

Thanks for your help, fellows.
Those games are true relics, too bad that only few can afford the system ... at least a Duo R is not that expensive :D
