Is there any way to hack this or hack a Saturn plug to Parallel or USB? Apparently the Magic / Joy box doesn't work with these controllers. Also, is there any way to get a Saturn six way to work on a PC?

I would say.. look at this

and figure that the software drivers you will be using would be about the same for any system as your just configuring the buttons dpad but the sad thing is you will probably have to hack off the connector and just put the leads straight to the serial plug.
