whether or not the movie was fair, without it, nobody would give two ****s about the donkey kong world record. and nobody can deny that both billy and steve have incredible talent

watching the webcast was hypnotizing, simply incredible. the difference between knowing what to do versus actually performing the moves and being able to perform for over 2 hours on maximum concentration is awe inspiriring

Stands to reason.... If Steve W has had SOO many attempts live.. gotten HUGE scores, and such LIVE.. at E3 - and ever other damn venue in the World..

One can assume he is the greatest DK player of all time. - But god when you see this secret tape of Billy's you realise BM is in another league.. I couldnt beleive it when I saw it.. when you get over 1.5 million without looseing a man and avoiding the kill screen ( which is possible when your THAT GOOD.. ) you acutally fight Kong himself on a FINAL KILLSCREEN ALA Mortal kombat..
Kong throws barrels and fireballs.. If you get 3 perfects to win you score a bonus 1 million points which is vertually IMPOSSIBLE but billy did it.. its all on this tape..





Seriously tho.. Come out.. DO it at E3 have a 1:1 showdown.. and settle it like men...... If you want to hold onto an age old highscore with some secret tape and a bad haircut.. SO be it.. but if you think it will win you the respect of fellow gamers.. your WAY OFF the mark..
AS it is.. we ALL think Steve weibe is the best DK player outthere..

like a great pro wrestling angle, a direct face off will be the payoff at the end of the fued. there is no reason to have one, the event would kill any further interest in the record. the internet does not understand the concept of delayed gratification.

with the new DK high score rules, if weibe ever does break the record again, billy will have to break the new score in public.

You realize right that That videotape score was taken off of Twin Galaxies the same day? The current Donkey Kong high score was made live, in public with people watching. That's why it's the official high score.

Well he's less douchy, and friggin super good at Donkey Kong. But since he can't beat BM's high score (yet), he isn't the best :p
