I know next to nothing about arcade prices, but both of these seem like good deals. I would think $125 is good for any arcade that works well. Since I picked up my first cab, I've been keeping an eye on Craigslist, and still haven't seen anything as low as these in price.
On the other hand, arcades and pinball machines require lots of space. So if something comes along that you really want, you may not have the room for it if you buy stuff just because it's cheap.
I'd also like a pinball machine, but I'd be the type of person that would have to play it before I buy it. As for the arcade, try playing it in MAME (if you have access) to see if it's even worth a shit.

First one isn't an arcade pinball game, not worth the hassle even if it was free IMO.
Second one is well worth the asking price. If you got it for that much less you got an amazing deal on a great game.
