Just as the question asks. I got a whole bunch of points right now but I don't want to buy the game & watch and use the rest on crap that I don't want or have them expire. Any news on some really good stuff being available for Club Nintendo, anybody hear anything?

I suspect that we'll see new items after they reset accounts in July. The Hafunda cards are the only other worthwhile thing that I currently see on the site.

Japan has the G&W Collection Vol. 2 available from their Club Nintendo. I'm guessing we'll get it here eventually.

Get Game and Watch Collection.

Low print games like that have very good value and make excellent trade items as their worth grows over time.

I hope they don't take out the Game and Watch Collection. :(

I have 410 points, so I am nervous that they will stop making the game. :(

I wouldn't worry too much, I think the Japanese Club Nintendo still has their version of the game up for sale, so I don't think the USA version will be going anywhere soon.

Keep an eye at local second hand shops. I picked up my copy at EB for $15. It's crap, but collectible crap.

I like the G&W games, but only three of 'em? Come on....

I hope they don't stop offering the hanafuda cards before I have enough points to get them... it's pretty damn expensive to import a set of them!

Same here. I got Game and Watch collection due to collectibility instead, and was really dissapointed about how bare-bones it was. Now I have 160 after registering one game and a bunch of post-plays and I am praying they don't take it off. Game and Watch Collection probably won't be going anywhere though, it seems to be a very advertised and hot item.

If anyone has any codes they want to get rid of or not use, look me up.

I think they did add a few items though, like the Silver DS game case for with aluminum stylus 700, the white Nintendo DS Game Case for 600, and the Navy Blue stylus and game card set for 600. Not sure if they removed anything though, maybe some stylus kits?

Excellent! I managed to amass 800+ points and just ordered the Nintendo Game and Watch game! SWEET!!!! ^_^

About the membership...is it possible to unite accounts and thus, unite coins? For example, if I have 200 points and my brother has 700 points and I want to make it a "Family Account", will the coin amounts combine to give me 900 points total?

Also, what if I register a game that was already registered, but it has a different PIN code? Is it forever lost, or can I register via another account?

I'm pretty sure coins can't be combined like that unless the account is a 13 or younger account. Check the FAQ here: https://www.nintendo.com/consumer/club/en/faq.jsp

And you can't register games more than once. Once you register them, that's it. No duplicates under the same account, no registering the same code twice. If you put more than one account under a family account you can't register the same game more than once.

Ah just noticed that as well.

What I did was create an alternate account and put my extra codes there. Worked like a charm.

Now to be really sneaky...I will wait for a customer to return a DSi or any games that qualify... hehehe LOL

baloo's right. You'll have to trade that extra game for a different pin from a different game

I presume it's basically this:

I have a code I don't need, but you need.

You have a code you don't need, but I need.

Trade codes.

I go to work tomorrow, so let's see what I can dig up.

Yupp, that's it. A definition worthy of Webster's.

A new item has appeared, a three-pack of some sweet Zelda posters. Site is a bit wonky at the moment (probably getting slammed by people cashing in their codes).

looks like game and watch collection is "sold out" on the site.

Woah, Game and Watch Collection sold out? Makes me glad I got it instead of the Hanafuda cards. Seems they still have them.

Looks like they got rid of a couple of things, namely some of the stylus sets.

I've got 160, I might just get the LoZ Posters at 350, they look pretty good. Or I might save up for the Hanafuda cards.

The Zelda posters are somewhat similar to the Japanese set except the Zelda poster says "since 1987" instead of "since 1986" and the Twilight Princess poster is the official artwork and not the gamebox artwork used in Japan; I think that's actually better. Wow, the US getting something better than Japan?! :p

Dang, I just saved up 800 pts for the GW game. Luckily I got the game used from amazon for a mere $20.00. Looks like I now have some points for when they add something cool.

Yeah, it fucking sucks. Called Nintendo and it seems no one has a clue about what's going on. I did my post play surveys and come to find out, I had 800 points the whole damn time! I just hope they get more in. Supposedly, it was taken off but then re-added with the "Sold Out" marker, so lets pray!

It was indeed removed then readded with the sold out tag on it. I don't know what that means though.

check your local EB Games. I got mine at EB for $14. I didn't want to spend the Nintendo points.

The game kind of sucks, so people order it because there's not really much else to order. They play it, hate it and sell it to EB.

Yeah, the game is very shallow, it's strictly a collector's piece.

A nice thing to have, but it's really just 3 G&W games as they are.

Game and Watch Collection 2 is even worse, having only Octopus and Parachute, but it also has some kind of mix between the two games.
