Haunting Starring Polterguy worth $20?

I've always wanted to get this game because of some fond memories of my brother and I playing it, but does it really go for about 15-20 dollars? I've looked at a couple sites, including ebay, and it seems like there aren't too many copies for sale. Most of them go for about $20 with shipping.

So should I wait, and pick up a cheaper copy, or is this the norm price?

Amazon has copies for $13 + shipping, but I haven't seen this game in the wild in the past year here.

I guess it depends on your region. I sold a loose copy with a beat up label for $3 some months ago, and I passed on a loose copy at a thrift for $4.99 a bit more recently(still a few months ago). I'm hoping I'll come across a complete copy, I sold the loose copy I had because it was too beat up for me.

Shipping at Amazon is 3.99, so that's 17.99. It just seems like a lot too me.

I sold it with several other games all for $3 each to a friend of mine. I got it in a big bundle of ex-rental Genesis games and I just wanted to sell off the extras quick, I only kept a few games for myself from the bundle. There were several games that I wanted but most were too damaged for me so I sold them off.

Got a sealed copy (of Sega Genesis Ghostbusters) I'm going to dump sometime soon, I imagine.

I've yet to own this game and I've been reselling for the last four to five years. Never seen it for sale on CL in my area or at local shops (non-gaming ones). You can wait and see if a non-BIN pops up on Ebay, then snipe it, but I remember this going for around $15 in the past as well (back when Ebay was mostly non-BINs).

About Ghostbusters, I found the Japanese version in the box for $5. It has something rattling around in it, but it plays fine.

As for Haunting Starring Polterguy, the only way I would pay $20 or more for it if it's CIB.
