How rare is a copy of Tengen Ms. Pac Man for NES? I read somewhere once that it is sort of rare, but not Tengen Tetris rare.

Not rare at all. You might get only around $7-$10 for a loose cart, and up to $15 or so complete.

No, I think it's the Namco version that is sorta-rare, since it was a very late release.

Bingo. And the Namco version gets $15 or so loose and $35 complete.
