As im looking to sell about 100 or so NES games soon on ebay, I wanted to ask how the average prices are for loose and Complete In Box games compared to those of the same time last year when I last studied the prices of these games. Info is much appreciated!

any rare games? Most of the games are probably down a little bit over last year due to the economy, but if you have some harder to find complete games then they probably are holding strong

Not really. Best stuff being about 10 or so Complete black box titles. These were HOT last year I remember but when I glanced at ebay a few days ago, they seemed lower then I expected.

The market for middle of the road video game items, even complete items is bad right now. The market has cooled way off. My advice to you is to sell items starting at 99 cents with no reserve and let the market decide if you have to be selling items. Otherwise you may want to wait a couple of years.

Really? Do you have any examples?

I may just skip the summer and sell in September then.

Your best bet will probably be to wait til after Thanksgiving. Prices are pretty much down across the board. People put up BINs on Ebay that don't sell and they just keep wasting their cash doing it.

I don't have any good suggestions either. Craigslist has gone to crap for selling NES games. I used to reliably sell them all the time and at higher prices than online. Now I can't give em away almost. I do most of my sales on Amazon, but due to the high fees, it's only really worth it if I sell the item for more than $20, which means most cart only NES games don't go up on Amazon at all.

Since I just saw the avatar, FF7 is a perfect example. GH copies are going for ~$30-40...and you know they used to be WAY more. Prices are pretty much down across the board. A lot of the other "hype" (common but valuable) games are way down too, like Zelda Master Quest and Collector's Editions, etc.
