According to a recent edition of Andy Eddy's "Biz Buzz" column (http://www.gamespy.com/bizbuzz/may03/bizbuzz67/index2.shtml):
"NEC Interchannel (NECI) recently filed a suit against Xicat Interactive over a previous license agreement. NECI's suit claims that Xicat failed to pay 'guaranteed minimum royalties and seeks to enjoin the further distribution' of Black Stone: Magic and Steel for Xbox. If the game's poor review scores are any indicator, NECI probably doesn't have to take legal action to have the game pulled from retail."
