Okay, so I went to the local used game store today to look into getting a new Sega CD. I asked the manager if they had any in stock and much to my surprise he walked out with an X'Eye. I wasn't able to pick it up due to a lack of funds, at least until I get paid, but I wanted to know, is 89.99 a good deal for an X'Eye with one controller?

I'd say it's priced high IMO. A loose one with hookups and a controller should be $50-60, a boxed one closer to $100.

Depends on condition, whether or not it has the official controller and AC pack, etc. I sold mine, console, AC, AV cords, one controller for $80 plus shipping. So it depends on the buyer, in this case, you. Depends on what you want it for. If you want it to play, uou could get one shipped for around the price you were offered it for locally. If you want it to resell, that price is wicked high.

I sold my loose one for $100 but that also included a bunch of games. I agree with pseudonym that usually loose ones go for about $40-60 these days.

Thanks guys, I appriciate the responses. It didn't have the official controller, but everything was there. If I can find one cheaper online, then I'll just pass on the one at the store. Thanks again.
