I was just wondering if there is a screw under the front label of N64 games. So....if I wanted to change the save battery, I would have to ruin the front label? Thanks.

I'm just looking at a few carts right now and there are screws on the back near the top of them. I don't think there would be any more screws under the labels.

There are no screws under the labels. As with many old videogame cartridges (Not just nintendo ones either), the dents you feel under the labels aren't screws, just a little dented area when the cartridges were produced. The screws are almost always visible.

That's a relief. Thanks!!!

I've opened dozens of N64 games, and there are just the two visible ones on the back.
When you open your first one, take note of where all the pieces go, it can be a little tricky getting them to fit back together if you just open it up without paying attention.

Except 2600 games, I hate those damn things.

Just so you are aware, there are only a handful of N64 games that use batteries to keep the save. Only games listed here (http://n64.icequake.net/mirror/www.elitendo.com/n64/usa_boot_save_list.html) as "SRAM" should have batteries in them.
