It's an official charity auction from Sega and McDonalds. I read about it today.

Looking at those Sonic game things intrigues me at least a little. Anyone remember those LCD game watches given away at McDonalds during Super Mario 3's release?
These by contrast have even less buttons, but there's a whole lot more plastic... I'd like to open one just to see what's inside. Probably a circuit board with a glob of epoxy knowing McDee.

To be honest the only rare thing in that bundle is the signed picture of sonic.
The other 3 sonic items can be obtained from the sega factory shop in japan (obviously you need someone in japan to order them) they are expensive but hardly rare.
