Is this Maxi-15 really new and sealed?

The collector's guide says it normally comes with a yellow box.

No it's not even complete, probably a reseal or something that a store put on it to sell it easier. A real sealed one will have the yellow cardboard box. Problem is is that AVE sold a majority of them without the cardboard box when many were destroyed in a warehouse.

No, a real Canadian sealed one would have the yellow outer box. The US version was sealed just like this.
