curious if anyone on these boards has ever ordered anything from estarland.com.. are they reliable?
i've been to their website many times over the years but have never actually ordered from there. they seem a little pricey but not that much different from ebay/amazon prices...

I have for Nintendo Parts. They ship really well. Any time I need something that I don't want to get from ebay I go there.
I've used estarland a couple times. The nice thing about them is that you can order a used in game in various degrees of completion.

I ordered a very high valued item with them one time before and they had very good personal services. They actually called me to discuss the shipping and everything else. I highly recommend them, it's best to talk to them over the phone if you want specifics.

They used to have walk-in locations back in Maryland. I used to hoard 3DO games from them - they shrinkwrap everything (even loose used carts) to protect from dust, but they clearly marked all used / new things. They were great for the oddball stuff.

I've also purchased a couple games from them. Everything went fine, I would order from them again.
I traded some games in via mail and it worked great. I did the method where you get the credit instantly then ship your games within 2 weeks.
As a bonus, their shipping to Canada is actually reasonable.

there prices are a bit high but the service is reliable and the people are very nice. when i was in virginia about a year back i stopped into thier walk in store....man you would not know it was a store untill you acually go in. its not marked like a regular store and its in sort of a office/warehouse. you go in a back door and into a stairwell and then through another side door with a taped on sign for estarland.
i suppose its a warehouse/shipping location first and a store second but i just found it very odd.

I bought some games from them when they had real stores in VA. They had great stuff, and it was great to have a retro store so close.

Yep, I've both ordered online and been to both of their retail locations personally. I would definitely recommend them.

Yep, my favorite place to get used ps2 and gc games since they tell you if you are getting the manual and case and guarantee the discs to work. They have awesome customer service too. They can be a little pricier than other places but I still rather would buy from them if you are buying used stuff.

I finally got my copy of MUSHA from them in a trade similar to in the quote. I was very satisfied. If I was to pay money though, the price would have been too high. Their trade in service and knowing for sure if your getting loose to CIB really sets them apart.

me too.
I was surprised to find Virtua Cop Rebirth there.
And though I thought it was the JPN release, it was actually the China release, so it had an English/Chinese instruction insert.

i've ordered and traded in games to them, all went well.
though make sure games you trade in are PERFECT! or they will deny them
