Want to get this but will it play on a us 360 elite? Will any imports?

negative - while there are some imports that will work, word is Death Smiles is not one of them. (At least according to Play-Asia.com)

yeah I know looks like getting an import 360 is my best bet so this will hold off until sometime down the road still cheapest import 360 is 300 or so right?

Base model of the 360 is around 20,000 yen I think, so you could probably have one shipped and have enough leftover for a game for $300.

I just ordered an Arcade system from Play-Asia yesterday. Came to $360 shipped for just the system. But it is supposed to be here in 2 days!

There's a link to some price comparisons for the Arcade system. 21k-ish. Unfortunately it's not easy to get this sort of thing overseas. But: 21K+5k for the game +6k(ish) shipping = $320-330 shipped plus game.
So yeah, possible.
