I have a 32 inch model ln-3253h samsung HDTV and noticed this option for the first time. What does this do exactly? If it's there to reduce imput lag then is that only for games being imput with lower than 480P?

If it's anything like the game mode on my sony, it just blurs things ;)

Game mode just disables some of the image processing in an attempt to minimize image delay. This is why the image quality will usually look worse when it is enabled.
It should only be enabled for interlaced games. Progressive scan games should be fine without it.

So as long as my game is in progressive scan game mode is useless?
