Is it possible to upgrade to Priority Mail while paying the difference? My zip code is 00956. For example, if Media Mail is $7 and Priority Mail is $20, I can pay the difference of $13.

Is that possible?

I don't imagine priority mail in the USA being more than like $12-$13 for this lot, and I'd cover the first five.
