Someone I know has offered me the first 50 issues of Nintendo Power. To my knowledge, their all in decent shape. I don't want to make an ass of my self and make a low offer, and of course I don't want to pay too much. So, issues 1-50.....what would they be worth??

Cover price at best I would say, Nintendo Power was ridiculously mass produced.
They're so valuable to me, they're being used to seperate my computer from the floor.... although it's like issues 60-78 or something.

While I think it's a cool collectible to have, I would personally balk at paying over $50. Many older magazines, comics, etc. routinely sell for under their cover price. It seems unlikely that the back issues of Nintendo Power are much of an investment, but surely they would be a fine addition for any collector...

I concur. I never pay more than a buck for an old mag.
Just got the premiere issue of Next Gen for .25 the other day in fact. ;)
Id offer him $25. And max out at $50.
Good luck whatever you decide.

Definitely not worth more than $50. They're just NOT rare or valuable. Neat to have, but not worth $. Figure there were hundreds of thousands of subscribers to every issue! Then think how common they are and what you'd pay for them as a novelty, cause you can get most of the info in them off the net. :)
