So I took it upon myself to open up my PSX analog controller today (SCPH 1200 gray) to see if I could tell why pressing R1 would work once and then mess up every other button's ability to function.
I opened it up, took everything out, and it pretty much all fell apart instantly (everything is loosely attached but very hard to hold together. Just bad design, you know?
Anyway, I can't figure out how to get the controller wire where it's supposed to be and twist it around those pegs before it leaves the controller. I can't for the life of me see anywhere I can get the wire through to the side it needs to be on! Can someone maybe take a pic of their controller opened up and show me how the wire is supposed to twist around? :frustrated:
