What to do?

Ok,I won a n64 prototype(present for myself:bday:after surgery) on ebay(they where on gamesniped)
Contacted the seller and everything was cool.
But now i got a mc139 message from ebay.The sellers id might be stolen or something? fraud.
I havent paid yet because i had to upload my paypal account.
What should i do?

They're now suspended. I highly recommend not finishing the transaction unless they get their account back.
