Unreleased, yes. Unleaked, no. The rom is leaked online and is pretty easy to find if you look.

Also, this is not even a true "test" version as this guy claims. He basically took a blank Nokia brand MMC and copied the ROM on it and stuck it in one of those shelf display cases that EB Games and Gamestop got for the game. He was a Nokia rep, but over the past few years, he has been selling his original stuff along with a disc full of roms. This is just an attempt to cash in. The actual pre-release version of the game is on a Nokia MMC with a very specific label indicating that it is a pre-release version.

Yup I just saw that question on the listing. This game is most definitely a fake. A real one should have an N-Gage label with an orange stripe down the side (like most other beta copies of games) with Alienfront printed clearly on the front.
