I'm not really in favour of replacing the labels, whenever I want to buy a used game I don't want to wonder if it's an original or reproduction label. I'd want all original.

The Cover Project has some replacement labels for carts and if they don't have the ones you need you might be able to ask in the forum there. http://www.thecoverproject.net/

ROFL hood looking, mabie you should try getting broken copies of the games and switching the front of the cart

That site I posted also has cart labels, that's why I mentioned cart labels in my post about it.

I hear Buyatari has like 4000 of them, ask him.

Cover Project is excellent, but they don't have a lot of cartridge scans. I would search Google Images first. The whole trick is finding the right kind of paper to use, and then laminating possibly, and gluing to the plastic. If the label is missing or really torpedoed I would replace it on a harder to find game. If it's something like Sonic 1 for Genesis, just get another copy.
To make your own Atari 2600 labels, you could use www.labelmaker2600.com (http://www.labelmaker2600.com). Someday, maybe more systems will get this kind of website.
For Sega Genesis cartridge scans, this website has many of the front of the cartridge: http://ka.paletteswap.com/segagenesisscans.htm

I would love to see something like this for the NES.

Sure do.
You could always do something original. Get a new cart from retrousb.com and make your own label. Right now I'm taking beat up Zelda carts and making new cases for them. You can keep the original cases without making permanent changes to the game.
