OK, I can't quite decide what system to get next. So, I'll tell you what I have and what I like and maybe everyone can recommend my next system for me.
What I have: Atari 2600, INTV, NES, Genny, TG-16, SNES, N64, PSX, PS2.
What I like: Well, out of all my systems, I mostly play my SNES. I love the graphics (bright, colorful, arcade quality). My second favorite would be the TG-16. Again, beautiful graphics, unique/ interesting games. I just wish there were more good games for the system. My least favorite system? The Genny. Dull, grainy, just plain ugly graphics and horrible sound. Sorry.
My favorite game of all time? Castlevania SOTN.
Some other games I am really into right now: Contra Alien Wars, Devil's Crush, Mike Tyson's Punch Out, Arkanoid Doh it Again, Astrosmash, Bloody Wolf, Castlevania IV.
I'm mainly into playability not collectability.
I had some thoughts. I have been thinking about the following: Neo Geo AES, Core Grafx, Super Grafx, Turbo Duo.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you really like the TG, the Duo is the next step. Only one or two CD games don't work with it (they require 1.0 system only, not 1.0 or higher, a small technical glitch). I don't know about the Core Grafix that much, but unless you're REALLY looking to do importing on the TG side, it's not all that worth it.
Now... the AES is always tempting, and it's hard for me to talk about my two favorite systems. If you think you'll have the cash flow to support the software, go for it. Otherwise... the duo may be the system to go with.

Colecovision gets my vote. It might be a little older than the games you usually play, but it has some great games only on that system. It is a very unique system.

Looks like youre really interested in the Turbo family of gaming, so I'd recommend getting a PC Engine/Core Grafx/Core Grafx 2 for the import HUs. In fact, you may wanna think about getting a PC Engine Duo for both the HUs and CDs. Thats what I did last year, and I have NOT regretted it. The US really got shafted on some great titles :) And I think no is a good time to get into the scene as the PCE stuff has been low price wise on places like eBay for a while.
I also have a NEO (got it just a few months ago) and have loved every sec. Not until I owned one did I truly realize how powerful it was for its time! Only drawback is the expense of the system and games...unless you go the MVS route.

hey what about a dreamcast, u seem to like 2d games more than 3d but the dreamcast has really good 2d titles (e.g. all the shmups and the capcom fighters) AND offers u some of the best 3D games ever made, even the greatest 2D fan will love some of the 3D games on dc (jet set radio, soul calibur, crazy taxi, virtua tennis 2, shenmue 1+2)
looking at what u have i really think a dc is missing especially as the games are really cheap to get so u'll don't have to spend thousands like with neo geo and i think u will love it

I was going to suggest an Atari 5200 until I saw that you didn't like the Genesis, as the 5200 is a bit less sophisticated graphically than the Genny. Although I doubt that you'd find the games "ugly", only slightly more primitive. If you can get teh multicart, though, the 5200 can be a lot of fun for a player...
I don't have any experience with the Turbos, so I'll suggest that if you like 2-D and don't mind importing (which for me means using ebay), then a Saturn might be just the thing--unfortunately the U.S. library is average at best.
The Saturn import library is especially good if you have an interest in shmups (although the PC Engine is stacked with 'em, too). There are also a load of 2-D fighters for the Saturn. Overall, the Saturn was probably the last and best system designed specifically to handle 2-D stuff (which is why a lot of its 3-D stuff looks inferior to versions of the same games on the Playstation).
And then there's the Dreamcast, which is also super-cool. So even if you don't like the Genesis, don't let that deter you from Sega's later systems!

I will also heartily recommend the Dreamcast. Best console ever, in my biased opinion. :P
Saturn's another goodie, but with fewer good games than the DC, in my opinion.
Sega got better with age, and then when they hit their peak - they died!!!
Nooooo!!! :(

I would probably reccomend the Dreamcast, mainly because it's an excellent system, and games are still relatively plentiful. If you would prefer a more classic system, I would go with Colecovision. They seem to have an excellent selection of unique games, especially arcade ports of that time.

Will the Turbo Duo also play impots hu cards?
A US Turbo Duo will play any region CDs, but only American Hus.
A Jp Turbo Duo will play any region CDs, but only Jp Hus.
There are converters out to play import Hus but they cost so much, it would actually be cheaper to buy a PCE/Core Grfax/Core Grafx II system.

Based upon your likes....I would have to agree that the Dreamcast would make the best addition.
