Name this children's system

I saw a children's game system in a thift today and I can't remember what it was called. It's grey like an NES and has an IR controller that sits on the unit diagonally and detaches for play. The name is on the tip of my tongue. It was only like $4 CAN. Is it worth picking up just for kicks?

For $4 Definitely...I found one with games for $5.00 at a flea market..
And that was a steal for me..
It's worth it...My son likes it...next to Pico.
