the only thing i could help you with is the system. I sold one a couple years ago for $85.

That looks like a $100-250 lot easily. So if you can get it cheaper than that---more power to you.

Those are all cheaper games, but nice to have complete. I would say anything less than $150 is a bargain.

What kind of controllers, Neo CD pads or arcade sticks? With Neo CD it could be either as frequently the type 2 arcade sticks are sold with the system. Those would be 'more valuable' but the CD pads are awesome. Best D-pad ever.

Not even 50% of that. Wow, $600 maybe back in 1995 or so.

I'm a Neo CD collector (complete Japanese set) and believe me, most of it isn't worth anywhere near what people think it is.
