This doesn't seem to be working for me. It still lists the price as 800, and since I only have 400 in my account it won't let me download it.

this game is a must own! but my goodness is it insanely and frustratingly hard. I love old school shooters but I also like keeping my controllers from smashing against the wall.

The Major Nelson link didn't work for me either at first. I opened a new browser and signed into xbox.com that way and then it was good to go. Confirmed working in Canada.

I've got the Gamecube version but I'm thinking of picking this up just so I can have it in HD. Is it worth the "upgrade"?

Ah wait I think I figured it out. Is the discount only applicable to Xbox Live Gold members? I haven't paid for a new Live subscription in a while so I'm currently at Silver. Oh well.

Definitely. I've got the Gamecube version too but this one has Live co-op play and replay uploads. Looks slick in HD too.
BTW, if you don't want to buy a points card or the 600 minimum pts thru the Live marketplace, go to Zune.net. You can buy 400 pts from there so you don't have to worry about having any leftovers on your account. Your Live gamertag links to the site and the points show up on your account as soon as you pay.

Yes. This is the 'Gold' Deal of the week. Last weeks deal was for n+.
